Typhoon

This Typhoon is a replica of the elegant Typhoon which was custom-built around the 1930s for Edsel Ford, Henry Ford's son and avid raceboat enthusiast.

Edsel Ford used the Typhoon not as a racing boat but for commuting between the Ford factory and his home. In late 1960, the boat next to the Typhoon caught fire, and unfortunately with it the Typhoon.
